Mr. Seeney practices primarily in the area of construction law, including representation of general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, in commerical and industrial construction matters. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University in 1993, with an Emphasis in Environmental Science, and received his Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law in 1997. He was a Staff Editor of the New England Law Review.
