David Hendrick, the senior partner in the firm, has engaged in counseling, advising and serving clients involved in the construction industry for over thirty years. His practice focuses primarily on construction contracting and claim matters, dispute avoidance and resolution, and litigation matters involving public and private construction contracts.
He is a Fellow in, and has served as President (1995-96) of the American College of Construction Lawyers, an honorary elective society comprised of lawyers throughout the United States and certain foreign countries, distinguished for their skill, experience and accomplishments and their high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of the specialized field of construction law. He has served as Chairman of the Construction Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
He has also served as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry, Division 9 (Subcontractors Suppliers and Material Fabricators) and as a memebr of the Steering Committee for Division 4 (Construction Management, Design Build & Related Concepts).
