Kevin S. Dale Esq. is an associate who recently joined the firm. Mr. Dale attended Emory University, where studying political science, he earned his B.A. Mr. Dale received his law degree from Emory University School of Law where he took part in the homeless advocacy program and intra-scholastic moot court competition. After practicing construction litigation in Atlanta for two years, Mr. Dale moved to Washington, D.C. where he worked at the American Institute of Architects in their Contract Documents Department. Later, he practiced in a general commercial litigation firm in the Washington, D.C. area. The result of which is that Mr. Dale brings to his clients six years of construction and litigation experience. Mr. Dale’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of contract consulting, construction liens, construction litigation, and general commercial litigation for our construction industry clients including the representation of general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers with regard to local and national matters. Mr. Dale also represents construction clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Mr. Dale is a member of the American Bar Association, the Prince George’s County Bar Association, and the Upper Marlboro Inn of Court. He is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts in Georgia, as well as the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, all Maryland District and Circuit Courts, and the U.S. District Court of Maryland.
